The overall condition is very good. Factory engraved. The barrel was shortened and the front sight moved back at some point. Nickel finish. The action is excellent and holds the safety notch and full-cock very well. Great index and lockup of the cylinder. Good suction on the arbor pin. Matching numbers on the bottom of the grip frame, back of the cylinder, and on the barrel. Some chipping on the original but non-matching Merwin Hulbert grips. Features a hunting dog in the panel on the left panel behind the recoil shield!
